There are different levels that anyone can participate in this year's Run for
research.

1. 5K cost to participate= $100 or $750 in funds raised for ICMS.
The $100 level includes a cotton T-shirt and your registration cost if
registered by specified date.

The $750 level includes athletic running shirt, registration fee, if registered
by specified date,Friday night pasta dinner, hotel accommodations and you
will be registered to win one of MANY
door prizes

2. Half/Full cost to participate= $100 or $750 in funds raised for ICMS.
The $100 level includes a cotton T-shirt and an $18 credit toward your
registration cost if registered by specified date.

The $750 level includes athletic running shirt, registration fee, if registered
by specified date, Friday night pasta dinner, hotel accommodations and you
will be registered to win one of MANY door prizes.

FUNDRAISING IDEAS

1. Be committed! Make the first pledge to yourself. When others see your
own contribution, they will be more willing to support our efforts.
Be excited - enthusiasm is contagious.
2. Ask anyone and everyone! If you don't ask they won't give!
3. Ask for a specific amount. Set a goal. Tell everyone what your average
pledge has been and ask them to beat it!
4. Collect pledges up front. Collecting as you go will cut down on the amount
of work and time you invest following up.
5. Send e-mail - and ask them to forward it to others who
may want to participate.
